Global Table | Queen Sheba Ethiopian Cuisine

Join Global Sacramento for an evening of food, culture, and conversation at Queen Sheba Ethiopian Cuisine.

This edition of Global Table will take us on a journey through Ethiopian history and culture, brought to life through a shared, buffet-style dinner featuring traditional Ethiopian dishes. Throughout the evening, we’ll hear from owner, Zion Taddese, about Ethiopian cultural practices, traditions, and the history behind the cuisine, while enjoying traditional Ethiopian music and conversation with fellow guests. You’ll have the opportunity to try Ethiopian coffee and honey wine, and experience dance traditions.

Come ready to try something new, learn something new, and connect around the table. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the program starts at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4.

Global Table is a recurring dinner club that visits locally owned international restaurants throughout Greater Sacramento. Each gathering is an opportunity to experience the world through food while learning about the stories of migration, family, memory, history, identity, celebration, and belonging that make each cuisine unique.
